Rocketed from the distant world of Albany, New York at the age of three, Mike Becker’s origin story really begins in the humble smallville of the Delaware borderlands in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania. Becker began his comic-book career by self-publishing a shared creator-owned series YOUNG OFFENDERS! as a three-issue superhero miniseries in 2020. THE NEW SPACE AGE for Mad Cave Studios is Becker’s first major debut comic book, a psychedelic sci-fi heart-wrencher. Beyond comics, Becker has done freelance illustration work for animation and video game studios. In his secret identity, Becker teaches Sequential Art courses in the spooky solar swamp city of Savannah, Georgia where he enjoys his proximity to the beach.

With its blend of modern magic through the lens of science and found family, The New Space Age delivers a cosmic story about belief, betrayal, and the boundless hope of human connection.
