Bill Masuku

Author

Bill Masuku is an award-winning Zimbabwean comic book artist and writer, currently creating Runeless for Disney Hyperion through the Kugali Ink imprint while self-publishing Captain South Africa. His afromanga Tokoloshe Hunters was published by Etan Comics with a Kickstarter that attracted 485% of the funding. Masuku has worked as a storyboard artist for Triggerfish on a Netflix project and Disney x Kugali's 3-time Emmy Award-nominated animated series Iwájú. In 2022, Masuku was featured in Forbes Africa Under 30. Masuku was selected for the Creation Africa FOCUS in France, supported by the Institut Français, among 15 other comic book artists across Africa. He was selected as the British Council’s Design Futures Africa Storyteller for Zimbabwe, a project centred around sustainable development, the green future, and the informal economy. In 2020, Masuku was spotlighted as an up-and-coming artist during DC Comics’ global event DC Fandome.

Andrea Mutti began his career illustrating the superheroes comic 'DNAction' for Xenia Edizioni. He then illustrated horror comics for Fenix. He moved over to Star Comics, where he drew stories with 'Lazarus Ledd' and some episodes of 'Hammer'. Since then he's worked with DC/Vertigo, Marvel, Mad Cave Studios, and IDW.
Valerio Alloro

Valerio Alloro

Colorist

Valerio Alloro is an Italian colorist and illustrator. He has worked with Dark Horse Comics on titles such as Ham-Let, Hotel Rem, Top Secret Service, and Small Town Spirits. For the same publisher, in collaboration with Fantasy Flight Games, he provided the colors for Arkham Horror: The Terror at the End of Time (issues 1–4). He later joined the team at Storm King Comics, contributing to works including Civilians, Tales of Science Fiction Vol. 9, Long Haul, and Dead Flowers. He also worked on the final graphic novel of the animated series Final Space, created by Olan Rogers, and contributed as colorist to Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories (#7 and Vol. 2: Scum and Villainy).
