Mad Cave Announces Dick Tracy Encore Editions

Mad Cave Studios’ critically acclaimed fan-favorite DICK TRACY deserves an encore!

Mad Cave Studios proudly introduces DICK TRACY Encore Editions, new printings of acclaimed comics featuring cover artwork by Eisner Award-winning artist Dave Johnson (100 Bullets, Invincible, Deadpool) that immortalizes the villains Flat Top, Mumbles, Itchy, Lips Manlis, and Pruneface across a five-issue set.

The first Dick Tracy story arc in Mad Cave Studios’ ongoing comic book series, written by bestselling and acclaimed authors Alex Segura (Secret Identity, The Legendary Lynx) and Michael Moreci (Barbaric, Stranger Things) with artwork by superstar Geraldo Borges (Nightwing, No/One), kicked off an all-new, noir-infused era for the iconic detective. Set in The City after World War II, the story sees rising star detective Dick Tracy investigating a brutal murder… and becoming ensnared in a complicated web that threatens everything he cares about.

Mad Cave’s Encore Editions revisit pivotal comic book issues with exceptional new cover artwork by top-tier artists, printed on cardstock covers for maximum collectability. This debut set of Encore Editions corresponds to the complete first storyline from the ongoing series, DICK TRACY #1-5!
